Logo Embroidery in Marietta, GA

Your logo says a lot about your business. When it's stitched into a polo or jacket, it tells people you care about the details. At Kvalito, we turn your company artwork into clean, professional embroidery that lasts. Whether you need five caps for your crew or fifty polos for a trade show, we handle it all right here in Marietta, GA.

Kvalito — the name comes from the Esperanto word for quality — was started by Shahid Hussain in 2015. Shahid moved to the U.S. from the United Kingdom and taught himself the craft from the ground up. Today, Kvalito is still family owned and operated. For Shahid, this business is not about sales. It's about relationships. That means you get honest advice, fair pricing, and embroidery you'll be proud to wear.

How Logo Embroidery Works

It starts with your artwork. You send us your logo file, and we digitize it — that means we convert the image into a stitch file that our embroidery machines can read. Every curve, letter, and color gets mapped out thread by thread. If your logo has tiny text or fine lines, we'll let you know what adjustments will help it stitch cleanly. No surprises, no guesswork.

Once the design is ready, we stitch it onto whatever you need. Polos, jackets, button-downs, caps, tote bags, backpacks — you name it. You can bring your own garments or choose from our catalog of blank apparel. Either way, the result is a sharp, durable logo that holds up wash after wash.

The Digitizing Process Explained

Digitizing is one of the most misunderstood parts of embroidery. People think you can just upload a JPEG and the machine starts stitching. It doesn't work like that. Your logo has to be converted into a language that the embroidery machine understands — stitch paths, thread colors, underlay types, and stitch density all get programmed in.

A well-digitized logo looks crisp and clean. A poorly digitized one looks muddy, has loose threads, and doesn't hold up over time. That's why Shahid handles the digitizing himself. With his background in IT — nearly 20 years managing technical systems and leading engineering teams — he has an eye for precision that most embroiderers don't. He treats digitizing like a technical project. Every detail gets accounted for before the machine runs a single stitch.

Digitizing is included with your order at Kvalito. We don't charge a seperate fee for it. And once your logo is digitized, we keep the file on hand so reorders are fast and easy. No setup fee the next time around.

What Makes a Good Logo for Embroidery?

Not every logo translates perfectly to thread. Here are a few things that help your logo look its best when embroidered:

  • Bold lines and shapes — Thick outlines and solid fills stitch cleanly. Thin, wispy lines can get lost in the fabric.
  • Readable text — If your logo has text, make sure the font is large enough to stitch. Very small letters (under about 1/4 inch tall) can blur together. We can usually adjust font sizing to fix this.
  • Limited color count — Each color requires a separate thread change. Logos with 2–4 colors are the sweet spot for embroidery. More colors are fine, they just add a bit of machine time and cost.
  • Clean vector files — If you have your logo in AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF format, that's ideal. These file types give us the clearest reference for digitizing. But don't worry if all you have is a PNG or JPEG — we can work with that too.

If your current logo has alot of gradients, photo elements, or ultra-fine details, we may suggest simplifying it slightly for embroidery. We'll show you a mockup so you can see exactly how it'll look before we start. And if you need a new logo designed, our logo design service can create one that's optimized for both print and embroidery from the start.

Who Uses Logo Embroidery?

Just about every kind of business in the Marietta area. Restaurants put their name on staff shirts. Contractors stitch logos on safety vests. Real estate agents hand out embroidered polos at open houses. Churches, nonprofits, and car clubs order caps and jackets for their members. If you have a logo, we can stitch it.

We work with customers across Cobb County, including Kennesaw, Smyrna, Roswell, East Cobb, Powder Springs, and Acworth. Many of our clients come back season after season because they know what to expect — great work, done on time, at a fair price. We've had some customers tell us they used to order logo embroidery from big online companies, but they switched to Kvalito because they wanted to work with a real person who's local and accountable. Thats Shahid. He's the one answering the phone, reviewing your proof, and running the machine.

Common Logo Embroidery Placements

Where you put the logo matters almost as much as the logo itself. Here are the most common placements we do:

  • Left chest — The most popular spot by far. A 3.5 to 4 inch wide logo on the left chest is the industry standard for business polos and work shirts.
  • Right chest — Some companies put the employee name or title on the right side, with the company logo on the left.
  • Sleeve — A small logo or text on the upper sleeve. Subtle but effective. Popular with restaurants and service companies.
  • Back yoke — The area between the shoulder blades. Works well for larger logos that you want visible from behind.
  • Cap front — Centered on the front panel of a structured cap. We can also do side and back-of-cap stitching.
  • Collar area — Some clients like initials or a small logo on the inside or outside of the collar. Classy touch.

If your not sure where to place your logo, just ask. We'll show you a few options and let you pick the one that looks best.

Logo Embroidery Frequently Asked Questions

How much does logo embroidery cost?
Pricing depends on the number of items, the stitch count of your design, and the garment type. A simple logo on a polo is very affordable. Complex logos with high stitch counts or large sizes cost a bit more. Call us at 678.402.6755 or email your logo and we'll send a quote same day.

Is there a setup fee?
Digitizing is included with your first order. After that, we keep the file on hand so future orders have no setup fee at all.

What file types do you accept?
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) but can work with high-resolution PNG, JPEG, and even photos of your logo. The better the source file, the cleaner the stitch-out, but we'll make it work with whatever you have.

Can you embroider a logo on items I already own?
Yes. Bring in your own garments and we'll stitch on them. Most fabrics work — cotton, poly-cotton, performance fabrics, fleece, denim, canvas, and more. We'll let you know upfront if something wont work.

How long does it take?
Most logo embroidery orders are done in about one week. Larger orders may take a bit longer. Rush jobs are possible — just ask us when you call.
